If you have your own tradesman or builder, we are happy to project manage the work for you. We will co-ordinate the different trades and ensure that build quality is to a high standard and the progression of the work adheres to the agreed programme.

At Premier Build, we appreciate that a house rebuild, extension or refurbishment can be very stressful for the home owner. We appreciate these stresses and know how to minimise these for you. You will not need to chase us for updates and progress reports. We will keep you up to date with developments throughout the building process, from the first architects meeting, to laying the new lawn.

Buildings Insurance Work

Premier Build are approved to undertake building insurance work and have successfully completed numerous building insurance contracts. Liasing closely with Tranby Surveying Services and Sedgwick Building Consultants, we have worked on behalf of NFU, Aviva, Axa, AIG and Direct Line for over twenty years and we are on the Major Projects list(high end properties) for these insurers. Our insurance work has included total strip out and refurbishment of homes following significant damage by subsidence, fire, water, storm and impact.
